I was having problems with my freezer of the side by side staying frozen and called a repair man to fix the issue. The repair man quickly defrosted our freezer and “fixed” the problem. Three weeks later we noticed the same thing happening. Fortunately, my husband paid attention to what the repair man did and was able to repeat it; but still, about every three weeks, the problem came back. That’s when we called Oleksandr. Not only did he fix the problem with our refrigerator, he pointed out exactly what was wrong with it and went through the whole process with us along the way. I was almost to the point of throwing this refrigerator out and buying a new one but Oleksandr saved us a lot of money with this fix. Now, we should have a lot of life left in our refrigerator.
